CATCH ME IF YOU CAN - WIN DOUBLE PASS TICKETS TO SEE FISHER LIVE
To celebrate the launch of Lynx’s new Fine Fragrance Collection, we’ve teamed up with Aussie superstar and legendary DJ, Fisher, to giveaway double-pass tickets to his headline festival shows in NSW, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. You can win one of three double pass tickets in these major cities by finding our golden Lynx cans hidden in secret locations.
Clues will be released on Fisher’s and Lynx ANZ’s social media channels from November 20th. From there, your task is to find one of three hidden golden Lynx cans by deciphering the clues shared on Instagram (make sure you are following @followthefishtv and @Lynx.anz). Clues will be revealed for each city.
Find the can, win the tickets, it’s that simple. First in best dressed!
Terms and conditions apply (read more below).
- Competition Overview
- This "Catch Me If You Can" competition (the “Competition”) is promoted by Unilever Australia Limited (ABN 66 004 050 828) (we, us or our).
- By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policy. Any breach of these Terms or our privacy policy may result in disqualification from the Competition.
- To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms prevail.
- The Competition will run from November 20, 2024 at 11am AEDT to November 22, 2024 at 3pm AEDT (the “Competition Period”).
- Eligibility
- The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Unilever Australia (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate, our Related Bodies Corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to participate in this Competition.
- How to Enter
- This Competition is a game of skill. You are required to demonstrate skill by working out where the clues are located and how you can get there the fastest.
- During the Competition Period, participants will receive clues via Fisher’s Instagram account (@followthefishtv) and Unilever’s Instagram account (@lynxanz) to find hidden golden cans in the Australian states of New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.
- The first participants who locate a golden can and arrive at that location in person will win double passes to Fisher's shows as allocated.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the festivals Beyond The Valley, Lost Paradise or Wildlands.
- You may only win once. If you find a golden can in two cities, you can only win the prize of the first one you found.
- We will not accept entries submitted after the end of the Promotional Period.
- We may, at any time:
- verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence); and
- disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be invalid at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for late or misdirected entries.
- If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final.
- Determination
- There will be 3 winners per location, with 15 winners across the Competition Period.
- The winners will be determined by which individual first finds one of three golden cans in a location. They must physically arrive at that location first and claim the first three golden cans.
- In the case of a draw (e.g. two individuals find a golden can at the exact same time), both individuals will be deemed winners as long as they arrived within the first 3 places. In the case that they draw to claim the third golden can, we will solve the final place winner through a fair game of rock paper scissors.
- Outcome
- Upon identity checks, the winner will be notified on or before 9pm AEDT 1 week following the competition via email.
- It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change.
- The name of the winner may be published on our websites and social media pages, and in any other promotional material that we consider relevant. By entering the Competition, you consent to us publishing your details.
- Our determination is final.
- Where an identification check is incomplete or does not fit these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to award the prize to the next person who physically found the golden can fourth.
